Fried Brains

I don't know....seem to be the three words I keep thinking. I'm trying to quit smoking again...I know it's horrible. I need to find that frame of mind I was in before, my creative, happy and insightful mind that I lost. My mind keeps wandering to the past to lots of happy memories, but that means I keep missing the happy moments that are happening in the present and it's not good. step one, quit smoking. Step two be creative. Step three stay in the present. If I keep those in mind at all times then hopefully I'll get back on track and accomplish some things and be able to interact with the people I love appropriately. Okay here I go.
